A new week, a new month, the same old problems…

“New” “Do-over” “Second Chance”

People often search for an excuse to make a change in order to fix their problems. What if you could fix them before they even start? Prevention is the #1 way to stop a problem, in essence, make sure it never happens in the first place. So, how do you do that with a newborn / infant?

You start on day one. Scratch that, you start Before day one.

Get your phone, write out your own schedule. Set alarms, yes, literally set alarms and track if that’s really what is happening. In this age of technology, you can track Everything. Now, get out your favorite parenting book, find the section on routine / schedule. Take the downtime in your schedule, and fit a new person into that schedule.

Seem daunting? This is probably the #1 request I get besides help with sleep. How do I fit this new, very demanding but adorable person into my already busy life? Regardless if you are the birth person, spouse, sibling, or pet; your routine is going to change. I have 18 years of experience with families large ( 7 people!) and small. Let me take the work out of it, so you can focus on the other things on your list.

Pregnant? Expecting? Anticipating a lack of sleep? Let’s chat and figure out a way to make this work.
