The Most Important Meal of the Day...
Twenty minutes, that is how long I spend having breakfast, by myself, every morning. Some days it’s leftovers, a pancake in a cup, or good old fashioned oatmeal. I pour myself a cup of tea, coffee, milk or even “ Rich Chocolate Ovaltine”. I put away the bottles that I washed the day before, prep any bottles for later, sit down and just enjoy.
Having meals together as a family is something I am very passionate about. I am also a huge advocate of “self care”. You can have both, but how?
How would you make this a reality in your home? Could get up earlier, have your partner tend to the kiddos, or eat once the kids are up, feed and entertained? Prep and routine make this a reality.
Especially when you have a newborn baby, it seems like there are a thousand things to do. I am here to help you find at least twelve hundred whole seconds to spend with one very important person -YOU!
